I was searching in the INF ARCIVES and I inevitably signed up using my credit card. When I realized that this was not what I wanted, I called them up and asked that they reverse the transaction. I was told this was not possible, and since it was my error I did not protest. HOWEVER, every time I want to use this site and research something, it requires an additional fee... I have never gotten any information I needed.
I am not a computer whiz, nor am I a computer illiterate, but I do feel that I should get something for my $39.95.
The number I called was 1-888-896-4442 - I spoke to a man... Andrew.
Thank you for letting me vent... I sincerely hope someone reads this and be careful what you enter into their site.
