Contacted by this company for "error messages they were receiving from my computer". Cannot give business license number or any other information other than a phone number (252) 679 2023. Wanted me to go onto a website to allow them access to my computer. When I asked them what they knew about my computer; they couldn't give any specifics. Told me I was using windows (I use Mac OS X). Hung up after this. Be careful with phone support & don't answer from numbers you don't recognize!!!
