Www.taxlap.com and www.snampad.com - FRAUD agency.
I have filed my taxes through taxlap.com which is an Indian company. Like me many people in the US have filed tax returns by this company. I believe & paid them 200 USD to their paypal account. But when I have tried to check my tax refund status details in IRS. I didn't find anything. It happened with one of my friend also. Their customer service phone number is not working since past 3 weeks and when I emailed them about this situation number of times, I got reply like, your status is in progress, you will receive refund from IRS in your bank account. Not sure what I am going to do. They already have all of my personal information like SSN, address, DOB & bank account number details. So I'm going ahead and lodging a complaint against your company today and I have really decided to lodge an official complaint with IRS about this fraud company... Guys, please be careful while applying for Tax returns.
