I just checked my first bill with my new samsung phone and was pssed off to see a charge of 48.00 on my bill for thierd party charge IT IS MY PHONE!!! Nobody touches it and the fact that on feb 12 my phone could not be in USE because i'm working out of town in camp job 2hrs away from any cell SERVICE how the hell can this be Please help me out with this mater this is FRAUD!!! One more reason I didn't want one of these smart phones but was convinced that there the greatest thing going NOT HAPPY!!! (Personal Information Removed)
