Fraudulent Balance Transfer Scam! San Diego CA

I received a marketing piece int he mail for Fleet advertising "Transfer your balance (s) and receive ZERO interest on your balance transfers and new purchases for 6 months."

I did it and now have been told they never had such an offer. WHAT A SCAM! I read the information 3 times, passed along to my wife because it sounded too good to be true. She was amazed at this offer and we signed up.

Unfortunately, I did not save my information (I live in a tiny apartment and toss out everything.) They are charging me interest at 9% and said they never offered any introductory 0% interest on balance transfers - only on new purchases. Why the heck would i transfer accounts already at 9% for this???

total b.S.! I wish I knew where that paperwork was. Stay away from Fleet - they are running con schemes. I feel sorry for anyone that is spineless enough to work for such crooks.
