Groupon Customer service

I bought two entrees for the "Spartan Race" in florida. The Groupon codes didn't work. When I contacted Groupon customer service they said try later. When I tried later and then called Groupon agin. The customer service rep sent an email to the group on sales rep for the "Spartan Race" asking if the does had been updated. He copied me on the email and said i quote "This customer is a major pain".
