Bought a FitBit Ultra tracker listed as NEW, In the box from RetailReplay.com. It arrived cracked/not in working order. I spent four days in communications with FitBit trying to figure out a way to get it to work, all to no result. Ive contacted the seller multiple times and he has not sent me one email in return.
