Ripoff non payment of work performed, fraud, misrepresentation, contracting without a license, no insurance, lowes home improvement install companies get away with not paying employees. Redlands and moreno valley california

After being hired under false pretenses, Quality in home did not nor ever had a general contractor license. Company named installs for Lowes, Empire carpet and Home depot (expo).

Myself and 3 other installers were all ripped-off by Brian Ross (owner). He decided not to pay us what was owed. We tried asking Lowes Home Improvement, but they said there hands were tied. I am owed over $ 5,000.00 Dollars. All installs were done for Lowes, With A written guarantee we would be paid. No matter what, but still no luck. If this is any indication what kind of people Lowes employs, I would never buy an install from Lowes.

Also all work done in California is in violation of many laws.

I do not see how laws do not apply to people like Brian Ross of Chicago Illinois. Quality-in-home Services. They are crooks I have to borrow money. So I can eat, sure wish someone could and would help us out. Good luck to the Home improvement agencies who hire Quality in home Services, Brian Ross..
