I ordered shoes for $200.00 from Kelly Mall. After 3 days I knew something must be wrong because I never received account info, order statement or shipping info in my email. But I received the payment receipt from pay pal. I then tried to call and there wasn't a phone#. I sent them an e-mail and then checked to see if money was claimed in paypal. I was able to cancel the payment because the money had not been claimed. I got lucky.
