I seen a custom jewelry web site online that specializes in custom pendants and charms among other high end jewelry pieces. I called "Iceman Sticcz" aka Dontae McPhail (c.E.O. Of Shineright jewelry) and he told me that he could design and manufacture the charm that i described to him over the phone (347) 717 2868. I gave him a $900.00 deposit to start the project in Oct. 2011. He promised that it would be ready in 3-4 weeks. It was not. He called me in january and told me that it was finished. The font that i requested on the letters is not the font that was on the finished product, nor was it in 3-D like he guaranteed when he sent me the picture via text message. He told me i could not get a refund so therefore i was a victim of bait and switch. I paid him the other half of the $1800.00 on march 1st 2012 over the phone and he guaranteed me that he was sending the chain and charm off to me that day. March 7th he told me he was still waiting for the money to clear from my debit card. March 10th Iceman Sticcz text me that he sent it off an hour ago via Express Mail and he'll send me a usps tracking number "in a minute". He sent me a USPS tracking number march 12th but when i used that tracking number to track my package on March 14th USPS customer service said that they had not received the package yet. The tracking number is EO910113766US. For the the month of March he has refused to answer any of my phone calls and very few text messages as to the whereabouts of my chain and charm package.
