He sold a program and promised a money back within 30 day, no questions asked. After a few hours of studying the program, realized that it was worthless. I asked for my money back.
He has been avoiding returning the money.
After several email, his supposed "assistant" wrote me back and said that I will get my money back. That Eric Louviere was the only one to issue refunds and that he will do so.
It has been over 2 years of constant reminder. Now, nor he nor his "assistant" is responding to my emails.
