Wonderful experience - highly recommend

I can't believe those bad reviews I read. A friend who was VERY satisfied referred me to Extra Space and since I've been there I have only had a great experience. The people there are so nice and they even give me reminder calls and send me an email before I'm due so I'm not late. Nobody else does that for me. For those people who said they got all those late charges - it's really up to you to know when your bills are due! Dah. They don't have to, but they make it easy for you. If you can't handle that, it's your own fault. As for me, I'm happy there and I'm staying.
