I purchased 250 strands of Micro Link Extensions and paid a professional to put the extensions in my hair. The hair feels like straw and dry. The links are glued to the hair and impossible to remove without damaging the extension. After about a month and replacing the extensions myself several times, I was fed up. I contacted the company about my complaint. All they could offer me was to purchase new links and new glue and they would refund me $15, after I paid over $400 for this whole process. The customer service was HORRIBLE! Do not purchase any hair from this company!!! Horrible hair and horrible service!!!
