Ordered a Professional Slaon 20 pc flocked hot roller hairsetter on Feb. 19. Checked once on my order and was told it could take up to anywhere between a week and 21 days. I was told that if I cancelled my order I would be charged from 50% to 100% of the purchase. My only choice is to try to cancel my credit charge care before more damage is done. The web site has vanished.
