Ripoff dirty SOB's

When they called, they asked for verification of my name and address. I verified by saying "yes" to these questions and when I was told how much the publication would cost, I said no, that I didn't want it. Since then I have received bills and phone calls regarding lack of payment. I have never seen the publication. I have told them that I will not pay the bill since I never wanted the publication. They have re-played a recording of the original conversation to me over the phone and up until the end of the conversation when they tell me the cost, the recording is accurate. Upon my saying no, the conversation has been changed and/or spliced to reflect me saying yes to the cost. I told them this was the case and the woman proceeded to be very rude. I told her that I have not received the publication and she said she would fax me a copy of receipt verification. I have not seen any such fax or the publication itself.
