We looked at our checking and the charge of $10.25 showed up for FIRSTCARPLAZAIN in Florida. When I called my bank they said to contact the company directly. Which I did. The rep named Jane said the item was purchased online - a signal light bulb. She had my name and address. I never purchased this item from them. She said she would cancel the order and refund the money and it would take 3-5 business days.

I asked for a ref# which she gave me. Now I will see if the money is refunded as she said.
