Non payment of salaries to new staff engaged since 2010 by fed. Ministry of defence

It is over one year, six months Federal civil service commission employed people and posted them to Federal Ministry of Defence and Ministry of Defence has been withholding the newly engaged staff salary till date, suffering the affected staff and their dependents. ICPC should investigate the reason for not releasing the salaries for more than one year now, subjecting Nigerian citizens to untold hardship even when Nigerians are facing economic hardship
