Ordered a Nikon lens from website after checking out company details which were OK.
Got e-mail confirmation of order & request to pay by bank transfer.
Paid by transfer to their stated bank account and received receipt by e-mail.
Directed to check state of order page to follow delivery, etc but it was no more available. Assumed it would take a day or so to update the delivery date.
Nothing happened. Tried calling telephone number given. Not working, so I chased them by e-mail. No reply.
