Scammed me several hundred dollars, didn't deliver anything

This individual CARLOS FRONTELA has an office in Tampa "Legal Support Services, LLC" and advertises himself on Craigslist. He sells his "legal preparation services" and offers to take care of your legal issues for a low fee.
He seems like a trustworthy man at first (All scammers must be like this, otherwise they wouldn't get you to work with them), but I fell into his trap and was charged several hundred dollars as down payment for some paperwork, and until this day I still have not received even a call back.
At first he was very quick to respond but now he does not reply to my messages or calls.
I don't think this post will prevent anybody to deal with this individual, but if you have been scammed by him, go after him if you have the resources. I don't have the youth to actively chase him legally (that is why I was looking for somebody to help me with my legal issues to begin with), but if you do, please go after him and don't let him rip off another person again.
