I had started to receive bills from AT&T in September however I NEVER signed up for the service. I had and still have Comcast from August. I had contacted AT&T every month since then spending over 2 hours at a time just to hear the same reassurance: "We have taken care of the situation, you will not get another bill from us." However, I did and still do - and not just from AT&T but collection agencies. I need this to stop! No one at AT&T seems to be able to take my data out of their system. (?) How is it so difficult to do? My info never should have entered their system to begin with. As principal - I am ready to file a national law suit against them for charging random people for something they never got. I have been told by some people they just paid the bill to stop the harassment. No wonder AT&T is a multimillion $ company, they steal from the public.
