I ordered 2 10" tablets from this site... When i got them 9days later the boxes were ripped... Some of the accessories for 1 of the tablets was in the other box, they barely pick up WI FI... Nearly every command gives an error message. They are strictly poor quality... I have not found any use. The tablets are not just a low grade but useless... And I have contacted the company and submitted a complaint through their ticket system supposedly and haven't heard anything back from them via email, phone call nothing at all, and when I call the 1-800 number it keeps me on hold for a short moment then knocks the call out...
