Purchased 10 pair of shoes. 1 pair had been clearly worn and very dirty. I contacted Just Fab for RMA number in order to return all the shoes. Was told because shoes were purchased during their birthday bash all sales were final and no exchanges or refund. I explained that the sales receipt that was shipped with the shoes provides instructions for obtaining a refund or exchange. Customer Svc Rep then states the terms of the sale was shown online at the time the shoes were purchased.

This company is a scam and no not many consumers notice small writings. Especially when they have a link regarding returns, exchanges & refunds which clearly states such actions are permitted within 30 days of purchase.

Beware: Don't buy anything from this company!
