The Mediation Group said that they would work with my lender (Citi) to reduce my mortgage payment. Said they work hand-in-hand with Citimortgage. My house is now in foreclosure! Just found out on Monday. Also found out that Citibank and Wells Fargo actually have a "cease and desist" from any dealings with this group. This group submits altered documents on your behalf which are then declined by the lender. This is after I gave them $1,500 to represent me.
