Miscellaneous

Like many others I accepted the free trial offer with AuraVie, only paying for shipping. I did not notice anywhere on the page anything where it stated that I had ten days to try the product and if I did not like it to cancel within those ten days. I did look for that information. I was stunned when I saw the automatic withdrawal for 97.88 today. After calling the company to ask about the charge, I was told that I could not return the product or be reimbursed because it was past the 10 days. I checked the packing list but it does not say anything about cancelling within 10 days but it does provide a phone number for questions, so except for being stated somewhere on the ordering page about cancelling within 10 days, it is not stated anywhere else. Those of us who missed that technicality on the ordering page, or read it and forgot, are out of money.
I discovered that I can't use this product because it dries out my skin and causes it to burn even though I thought I read that it was for all skin types. I am now stuck with a new supply of Aura Vie that is being shipped to me because I did not respond within the 10 days to cancel. Although I have now cancelled any future shipments I can't cancel or get reimbursed for the supply that is already on its way.
