I found a link to what was offered as a $4.95 E Cig starter Kit through a quit smoking article. The link led me to a basic page where I put in my info and in return received a confirmation of the purchase of my starter kit. At no point was there any information about membership or additional charges. There mat have been terms an conditions but they do not make those easy to find or understand. The site that originally sent me to this starter kit I believe to be propaganda by the Regal company. The link to the trial doesn't even work anymore.
