Credit card fraud internet tobacco ripoff

This company has been charging me since December of and I finally found out who they are. They've been charging me $14.95. I filed a report with my bank and they can only retrieve 3 months worth of pay.
I've been researching this company and it seems like everyone is getting ripped off. They need to get sued! I've tried contacting them and no response. I even emailed them and told them to cancell my subscription after the first month, but unfortunately they didn't. What can we do to get our money back?
