I ordered 2 cartons of ciggarettes from an online store that had great prices and cheap shipping back in Sept. I noticed on the my bank statement that the transaction was deducted from my account, but then i kept getting charged $14.95 every month there after. I finally did a search for the name John Trader SA Chiasso because i had never heard of it and didnt' remember ordering anything from a website with that name or affiliation.

I tried to contact the website via e-mail about 10 times and got no response. I tried to call my bank and have the monthly transaction stopped, but they said they can't do anything about it because i need to contact the company myself and have it terminated (which i obviously can't do).
