Charged me for 2 pair of shoes and one other item I didnt want. They only sent one pair of shoes and kept $206 of my money. Now the phone is disconected and they have been seized

I saw the ads on facebook. It was lots of picture's of shoe's. So me and my mom went to the web site and picked out some shoes. We notice the bill was a little high and called. They said they didn't have one of the shoes we order we had to pick a new one.

So I picked a new pair and told them to take some mystery item off the order they added that wasn't surppose to be on there. They were surppose to put back $64 on my mother debit card and has not. They have only sent one pair of shoes and owe us $206. Can some one please help us get our money back.
