Over charged

I cam there that day for routine wellness physical every year. I did not ask anything special. My insurance cover that 100% once a year. I had been do it 5 year and nothing happened. This time Kelsey Seybold send me a bill and say one of lab my insurance Aetna did not cover. I called Aetna, they told me that Kelsey Seybold did not follow their guideline. I called KS again, they told me that there’s wellness, they do it to everybody... Now I am between of them, like he says she says... I called KS couple time more, and every time the accounting department said differently. Almost my fault, like that you already sight the paper let doctor to do wellness, like Did I ask Doctor to do something else..., but before I called the nurse, and she said that day only did wellness physical, not anything else. Now I stuck with the bill that I never ask my doctor to do it. My Doctor said to she did not look whatever Aetna cover or don't cover... What a story!!!
