Loss of Farm cash and support team insults

I have been enjoying Farmville on Facebook for a significant while and also have just needed to contact assistance lately because of the sport not launching properly and so my farm money melting. The first period I approached them, they simply included the "plantation money" back again to the overall game and did not repair the problem. It vanished again 24 hours later. When I approached them the Next period they charged me of not being truthful about this. Assistance is completely useless and that I won't perform a-game where I'm insulted by their service group. Activities are suppose to become "enjoyment" not insulting!
