Offer of 20.00 in Game Cash Charged Me 100.00 Instead

I think last Sunday or Monday I went to play FarmVille and got an offer where I could buy $20.00 worth of FarmVille cash and get a free white tiger. I clicked on it, and then something else came up. I clicked again to confirm, and then it told me I was charged $100.00. I got on the phone with Zynga right away, and they told me this happens a lot, but that I had to contact FarmVille.

I contacted FarmVille, who sent me back a message, which I accidentally deleted, saying to give them 72 hours. It has been way over that. I sent them another email yesterday and another one today. I want my $80.00 back into my account. Please help me.
