Rip-off! I paid for 4 years of magazines that I never got

When I made my last payment to them then I could no longer get in touch with them. There were several magazines that I never got. Tried to contact them but never got them. I fell like I was cheated out of my money. 4 years of magazines that I never got, but I paid for them. Why can't something be done about this.
