I submitted an order of invites, thank you cards and a t-shirt for my daughter's 2nd birthday. I received confirmation of my order and that was the last contact. I needed the invites quickly so I tried contacting them to no avail. They will not respond to my emails. I tried to call but the number on their website has a recorded message and will not allow you to leave one of your own. I knew there was a problem when the status update website contained in their confirmation was never updated and their website claimed to have a turn around time on invites 24-48 hours after confirmation.
