I applied for a free sample of anti wrinkle cream a few weeks ago and received a second one. I was checking my online bank details and noticed a payment for £74.95 taken on the 27/02 and 29/02. I never gave my bank details and am furious and up set that any one can do this. I havnt even tried the product yet.
My husband is working less hours as the firm is struggling and every £ counts. I have tried to find a phone or address for the firm and have well and truly been scammed. Can anyone give advise if I may get my money back.
