I thought I purchased a free (anti wrinkle cream) product on the 2/12 that requested payment of postage which was $5.96 and bank details. Nothing arrived. On the 20/12 the company took another $77.28 out of the bank account which I did not authorise. Still NO product.

How do we stop these scammers???

Is it possible to ge our money back???
