Unfair treatment employees and discriminate

There is two bad manager men at San Jose division that I heard so many complaints from different people. Actually, there is two powerful families under two men, Tien and Trong. They can change anything (they call a chicken is a duck, and we have to say "Yes" that is a duck, otherwise, we get into trouble, hard time with them, and get fire depend on situation. Also, they can make any rule, like their own world. Trong is not speaking bad English hard to know what he is talking, but he good to swear at people (his co-worker under his supervise) in Vietnamese. We had done so many complaint to HR, but there was no result, no reply.

I can see something wrong there because it looks like a family company, not like corporation like we thought.
