Armando Rivas goes behind your back to send BUYER and SELLER offers to your associates. He stated that once you send him a BUYER or SELLER then they are his property and he does not have to give you anything if he closes a deal with them.

I found this out when one of my BUYERS informed me that he was getting offers from Armando after I introduced them on a deal. He is a blatant, dishonorable business man. When I confronted him, he admitted it and his use of expletives was beyond imagination.
