On January 24I ordered a trial offer of free Vitalift for $2.65 shipping & handling. I received 3 shipments of 1. Vitalift; 2. Aqualift; and 3. A bottle of capsules to be taken twice a day. I immediately cancelled the trial by February 14 and was immediately acknowledged by an e-mail (support@tryaqualift.com) that my order was cancelled and will not be billed anymore in the future. On February 24, I found out that I only have $1.00 left and when I asked my banker, he replied that there were 3 bills paid in the name of Dermagen888-5934482 and 888-5938805. I could not believe my ears. I immediately called them and they said that my account had been closed. But when I insisted that there were uanuthorized withdrawals in my bank account, they told me that they sent me their "initial shipment" was already sent, and I should return them if I wanted my money back. I was horrified because I did not ordered these items, so why should I wait for all these things to happen to get MY OWN MONEY BACK? Just because I gave them my Bank account Numbers, I did not authorize these amounts to be withdrawn! I was not told about these other shipments. What I was told was that after the trial period of 1 month, I could continue and they will bill me $19.00 each month for the shipments. I vividly remember it because I heard it was ninety dollars and not 19.00 and I thought "Wow, I cannot pay that!", but "Stephanie" assured me that it is only $19.00, so I said OK. And now, these people at "support@tryaqualift.com" tells me that it was not them who withdrew my money! I told them that if it look like "S...", smells like "S...", then it is "S...!".
This company is guilty and should be closed forever so that they could not rob other people of their hard-earned money!!! Until now, I have not received my money back. I also filed my complaint at the BBB.
