I was contacted by a representative on the phone asking if i wanted to join at first i said no because i told her i didn't use coupons that often she assured me that it was a good deal for only 9.49 so i said okay since its only ten dollars then i check my bank account and i'm missing 99.49 false adverstinment by their representative and now thay are taking over a week to refund my money can someone help me
