Ripoff

I received a bill from National One Telecom for $56.00.
The bill states a United Kingdom call for 14 minutes. I have responded to the bill via email (this is the only information they have for you to respond to... No phone number). I have received no response. I live alone and the call was placed on a workday at 10:45 am. There is no way this happened from my home. If this is like all the other complaints I have read; it seems this company just sends random bills. The phone number others have listed for this company to not work either. I have also tried to locate a number via the internet with no response. I wish I could just send someone a bill for something they do not have or did not do and just sit back and collect the money. If anyone out there has any answers on how to deal with this, please let me know. I have also filed a report with the BBB.
