Some 4/5 months ago I bought a sample ofPerfect Radiance (anti-wrinkle serum at the cost of £5. This was paid for by my Bank Debit Card and I received the sample. I have not heard anything else from the company but on receiving my Bank Statement I saw that they withdrew £74.95 from my account. I was able to get a telephone number through my bank. 08000148918 I have been calling this number since yesterday all day today and during last night. There is an answer machine which says"you have reached us outside our working hours please call during working hours, but not giving any time. Since I have not been able to reach them during 24 hrs I don't believe they are on that line. I will now be passing this over to my Bank to try and retreive my monies. This is a very dishonest thing to do and they have prevented my other bills to be paid so I will be asking them for the bank charges also. Please be aware as I would not like anyone else to experience what I have.
