On the 10th feb i Ordered a £2.49 cream and was charged £74 on my debit current account. I rung up on the 06 march after checking my account and was told that this is the price of the product Inc shipping. The advertising clearly stated the price of the cream but the operator kept fobbing me off with small print jargon. There was no trial period no membership charges no mention of these extra charges and I still have the original order number or invoice. After half hour of arguing they agreed to give 50% back (also should I mention that I haven't received the cream to add insult to injury) The company us a Sham!
