This company charge me 2.95 to run a vin number that they reported not legit which I have the car at my home in which the vin came from. Then they charged me 29.95 that I did not authorize. I called the company. The man on the phone was very rude, and treated me very unkindly like I was wasting his time. I told him I wanted to speak to a supervisor, and how ironic no one was available. He was very condescending on the phone and pretty much a jerk. They say the company policy is to only refund 50% of the charged amount. I'm still waiting for someone to call me back...
