Don't holiday with groupon!

We bought a holiday that included 7 days car hire. On arrival, we had to get a taxi to the other airport in Bucharest, which was where the office was. We spent £50 on the taxi for a 10 minute ride! When we got there, we were told that the car hire office was in the airport we flew into (after being told that it was ONLY available at the other airport). We were almost picked up by a guy who said he was working for the car hire company and would take us to them (he overheard us and wanted to take us somewhere. Who knows where!).. I had to spend a fortune on international calls to the hotel etc to get everything sorted. When we finally got there, the agreement was all in Romanian English i.E. Who knows what I agreed to! And I had to preauthorise £800 on my card. Which I didn't have. I had read their T&Cs thoroughly before going and there was nothing in there that I did that I shouldn't or vice versa. Very very disappointed and chasing a refund.
