Unprofessional, can not comply with contract after I paid $26,200 dollars

On October 19 a contract was signed to begin payment of a swimming pool at my home. Over 5 months later the pool is not complete. The representatives that are there do not take care of there customers, do not answer their phones and do not return calls. They give you the run around and do not get anything dne. When they began building the pool they used my bricks because they did not have enough suplies, they used my equipment since their contractors did not have any equipment. They trashed my back yard, and during these five months i have asked them to cover the hole, since it is a saftey concern fr me and the children as the yard is very dark at night and someone may fall in. The owner has lied about everything o include the equipment and material used.
Please, Please save your money and go with somone else as they will torture you and lie to you just to get your money. He claims to go to church, during the evnings thus he will ever have time for you nor will he ever have time for you during the day "he is a busy man and never is available" according to their clerks.
