One of my worst experience. I both a dress from them and even pay a fee for fast delivery. It pass the period it should arrive and they told me it's a small delay. After that they stoped answering to my e-mails and there was no way you can get a "live helper"anywhere. I've opend a case with Pay Pal but becouse it was pass 50 days they could not help me. I manage to talk with a live helper in january and they told me to wait after the Chinese New Year and they will transfer the money back. I am still sending them messages but never get an answer.
