I am writing to complain that £67.70 has been taking out of my bank on the 2nd march, apparently they have been at my account before but was blocked, no all of a sudden i had to pay a bill so get my card unblocked and the sod's took the last of my money. I have never received any notification or paper work to tell me why this happening or what it is for. No email, letter, text or phone call.
