Annual Enrollment wrong again - service

I am the domestic partner of a deceased B of A retiree. Since Tom's death B of A has treated me horribly. It's enrollment time for Health insurance and my packet and online acct are messed up so bad, I cannot enroll. They messed it up last year also I called a week ago and a service request was started. I have called back 4 times and have gotten nowhere. I have no faith that anything is being done or that they even understand the problem.
