Again, bad customer service

Northfield in Denver, Co. Stopped in to get a sandwich from the deli and a coffee from the starbucks. The gal at starbucks hesitated to take our order, I almost thought at one point she was going to say no to our request for 2 pumpkin spiced lattes (in season). Then when we asked to purchase another drink and paid with a $5 bill she says in a loud and annoyed voice "You don't have a dollar?" Then when I walked over to guest services, the counter girl waved over a floor mngr and she herself shrugged and says while still walking passed us "I can't right now, I got two other problems going on". Leaving the poor counter girl to help an upset customer. All she could do is give me a comment card. I have never been disregarded or disrespected in this way... Not even at Walmart. Something to be said about that.
