Ad customer service got even worse after the complaint

Using my gold card, I wanted to refill after finishing a frappucchino. The girl at the counter basically said they are only providing a refill the same drink but they can't give a refill on frappuchino. She basically said she'll overlook it just once. Then, poured a tea on to my cup that had frappuchino in it. It was actually pretty disgusting to see how little white cream fragments floating on the tea. I think that was worth a complaint not only because of that, but also because the employee should have a correct understanding of the policy.
Anyhow, about a week after, when I almost forgot about the incident, I got a reply back from the sbx. Basically, they reiterated about the refill policy then notified me that the comments are shared with the retail store 'for further consideration.' After a few weeks after, after eating out with my friends, stopped by at a coffeeshop that happened to be the same starbucks. The same girl took my order, but this time, she almost threw an empty cup at me. Then, as if she realized her mistake, she's like, "Oh, I'm Sorry. You might not want this cup." I guess this is what they came up with, as a giant corporate bully: the further consideration.
